Online Yoga Nidra

In honor of the winter solstice and our collective quieting into winter, I invite you to join me in the online space for an inward awareness journey with guided Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a Sanskrit term meaning awakened sleep and it is a practice of conscious surrender and relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a body scan where your physical body lies in stillness while your awareness takes an inward journey throughout your being. This is a practice in non-doing. Simply being.
Benefits of the practice can include:
-improved sleep
-dream retention
-vivid and lucid dreams
-heightened body awarenss and sensitivity
-deep relaxation and restoration
Join me to consciously slow your brain waves and gift yourself a restorative evening. I will share the recording of this practice to your email in case you miss the live session or wish to repeat the practice. Another beautiful thing about this practice is that you can do it in bed and go right to sleep after if you desire. I will leave space for sharing at the end but you don’t need to re-join if you prefer to drift off and I’ll end the meeting for us all. Recording available for 2 weeks.
