Contact improvisation is dance magic. And this class explores foundational connection exercises for you safely enjoy contact dance on any dance floor.
All levels welcome, especially newcomers!
We will move through solo, partner, and group movement exercises and flow our way into a small jam at the end of class where you can apply what you learned in class or simply groove in your own world.
