The inner seasons, archetypes, and lunar cycle are present for us for our entire lifespan. All rituals shared in the program can be done without having a cycle- even the blood rituals can be adapted. Even after physical womb removal, the energetics of the womb space remain- as does your feminine power. Although womens’ cycles can sync up when they come together in circle, there is no expectation that we will all align with the phases as they are presented throughout the program. Knowing that we will all be in different phases, the course will follow the flow of the lunar cycle. We will focus on the phase that corresponds with the moon in the sky each week- and after the program ends, you are encouraged to re-visit the rituals, Yoni Nidras, journaling, etc for each phase to coordinate with your own cycle and integrate what works for you over time.

In the cycle of four phases, the Luteal phase is “last” in the menstrual cycle. We begin at the end to sweep and clear the way for the first phase to begin in clarity after doing some release work for our Luteal phase rituals. This prepares us for a fresh start as we enter the “first” phase of the menstrual cycle: the bleeding phase.
